The Real Challenge!

  1. I had a prospective branch tell me that the only marketing tool he needs with realtors is to close within the contract date. L3

  2. LOVE, LOVE, that challenge. We could build a marketing campaign around that. That's something to talk about.

  3. Scott, I've been a processor for 11 years, I pride myself on quick turn around time. I sat in Greg's office in April to give him ideas on who to "skim the fat" in processing. I believe there are 3 things that will enable this to happen: Knowledge, Technology and Trust. I will be sending you an email on my thoughts on how to make a 7 day turn around time possible.
