The Gift of Time

I love the idea of 'giving the gift of time'! I try to be a really patient customer for companies, but the truth is, I still hate it when they waste my time.

I think it's great to keep in mind how much branches appreciate it when we keep our turn times low and respond to calls and emails quickly. (even if they forget to mention it)
