The customer isn't always right...

The customer isn't always right, but they always deserve the benefit of the doubt. I need to ask you to continue to listen and help them in this time when it's so tough to get loans done.


  1. i always try to help them or send them where they can get help

  2. After the day I had yesterday this sure did hit the spot. Sometimes people just need to get it out and then they can move on. But taking the time to listen and see if you can help or move something along goes a long way.
