  1. I have always found that my customers teach me what I need to know. This built my knowledge base, even though a new question was always possible. I would have to find that answer to a new question and then I knew it for the next person. About a year ago a lender told me that they only allow 3 rushes per day. I liked this because it told me that they were willing to do a rush, but could only allow for just 3 per day. The LO who needed the rush ,got it the next day...just a thought. L3
